Indiana’s Stay-at-Home Order is Now in Effect
Indiana’s stay-at-home order is now in affect. Everyone is urged to stay-at-home. Only essential businesses and services are allowed to operate through April 6.
Violating the stay-at-home order comes with penalties. Police have the power to issue citations or file charges. Penalties for violating the stay-at-home order include, but are not limited to, a Class B misdemeanor, which carries a fine up to $1,000 and up to 180 days in jail.
If charges have been filed against you for violating the stay-at-home order, consider consulting an attorney.
